The future in swimming-pool constructions already started at Hofer Group. With a new system and innovative material Hofer Group now produces and installs swimming-pools in every size and every geometrical design.
There is nearly no creative limit to the fantasy of swim enthusiastic building owners or architects. These radical new swimming-pool building possibilities are possible because of the optimisation of the polystyren cellular plastics. The laboured scientific-technical developing of the EPS raw materials resulted in the enormous improving of the important properties of the polystyrene cellular plastics. The attained product attributes thus yield verifiable vantages and additional value to the swimming-pool building industry. The processing technology has developed to the advantage of the swimming-pool operators.
The profitable thermal transfer coefficient provides highest heat insulation, optimal foam structure, irreversible elongation, adequate width and length tolerances make sure, that a high quality and concerted system of swimming-pool elements can be assembled. The cellular plastics structure coated with cement makes it for example possible that the tiling can be made immediately after the installation of the pool without long drying times. Top sealing is of course guaranteed. The different tubes for inlet and delivery pipes, pump connections and so on can be integrated in the cellular plastic already during production. The material has a temperature resistance of 70°C.
The little weight of the material allows easy transportation and quick and uncomplicated installation. The modular construction is structured clear and transparent already in the planning phase. The technical objects and control systems can be connected without problems. Immediately after that the placing into operation takes place. With EPS-prefabricated swimming-pools the pleasure doesn’t start with the swimming but already during planning and installing. Never before it was possible to build swimming-pools of every dimension in such a short time so precise, neat and reliable. Of course you always need expert technicians and skilled workers.
